These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MogMaxAI mobile application ("App") operated by Basement Laboratories Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App provides AI-powered body transformation previews and fitness analysis for entertainment and motivational purposes. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. AI-Generated Content

The transformation previews generated by the App are AI-generated images intended for entertainment and visualization purposes only. They are not guarantees of actual results from any fitness program. Results shown are simulations and should not be considered medical advice, fitness advice, or realistic predictions of physical transformation outcomes.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you submit to the App. By using the App's transformation features, you grant us a limited license to process your photos through our AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating transformation previews. Photos are not stored on our servers.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers subscription-based access to certain features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates any laws.
• Submit photos of other people without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Basement Laboratories Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basement Laboratories Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
